CMSS ANNOUNCES CHANGES FOR 2009 SHOW
The Colorado Motorcycle Show & Swap meet would like to inform the public of some last minute changes for this year’s show in Denver, CO, which takes place January 31st & February 1st at the National Western Complex.
For several years the Mile High Down Syndrome Association has held a motorcycle raffle to raise money at the show. Unfortunately after a change in management they have decided to not be a part of the show in 2009. Starting this year there will be a new charity, The Rocky Mountain Brain Injury Service from Colorado Springs, they have helped many bikers over the past several years recover and rehabilitate from brain injuries sustained in accidents. You may recall an incident from last year in which a good friend and vendor at the show, Jeff from Amazing Jewelry, was injured during the Annual Children’s Hospital Toy Run. Jeff sustained severe head injuries and was helped in his recovery by this great organization.
We believe that Jeff may even be in their booth helping out….so stop by and help a great cause and say hello to fellow rider. The CMSS would also like to announce some special rates that are being offered by the Quality Inn which is one of the host hotels. The rates have been lowered to $70 per night. If you’d like to take advantage of these great rates for the CMSS you must let them know you are making reservations for the show. FYI…..the staff of the CMSS just recently stayed there and observed some new renovation going on that should be complete by the show. On a final note……there are still some available booth spaces on the stadium level. So if you’d like to come and be a part of one of the largest shows in Colorado….give Jack a call @ 719-269-1721.
Have a great Holiday Season and we hope to see you at the show!!!
